Disown thoughts and thinking. By identifying with them you become just a label. By personalising them the scope is limited to those with your initials. Receive knowledge freely by not insisting on providing your return address.

Disown love. Those initials you engraved in each band were carved and cut into all the missing. Your attempts to protect and personalise can't bind love, but has rendered you bound to illusion and blind to All.

“Isolated” or “connected” should be viewed as states of awareness, not physical states. A prisoner in solitary confinement may be freely connected. Whereas a prestigious public figure may be isolated while surrounded with his surroundings.

Look in the mirror. What was long ago “beside myself” is no longer before you.

Trap door or transforming moment : “ I don't know if I can accept ………. “

To pass through renewed or to receive a future release invitation.

You are not a body; never were and never could be. So why do you attempt to be what you are not? All you can receive from this charade is the experience of a downsized mind. The trade off is knowing all vs perceiving small. Turn from denial to face OneSelf, or play a victim of choice hand by comparing your looks, learning from books, and competing for goods.

The language of love in illusion translates into specialness. It is a romance language that relies on perceived needs being apportioned into sacrifice and self interest. Spoken in measurable doses and tabulated on a relationship score card. Many different roles being played according to varying circumstance and changing expectation. Let’s consider multiple usages of the word cast:

Cast a spell. A cast of characters. Cast the net wide. Your arm in a cast. Cast a shadow. Figurines made from a cast. Now a cast away.

It’s quite easy to imagine how the ego can employ this array of castings for its personal purpose of gain. Yet once cast aside One can potentially serve Spirit purpose as guidance is invited, welcomed, and received:

A broadcast of love and light, heart and mind combined, transmitting healing wavelengths from an expansive inner illumination pulsing in union with all.
