One Night Stand

Love eludes definition and meaning in the physical realm. A dualistic dilemma despite constant grasping, searching, and redefining. Effectively a blend of random desires, that flutter and fluctuate differently for each, between and around time and space fragments. A vast array of holographic butterflies, described with endearing qualities that both puzzle and astound. Beauty that one is unable to behold, as transparency is disinclined to solidify. Suspecting it is present but unable to attest to its whereabouts. Yet clearly out there in the undefinable somewhere.

It’s perceived elusiveness inflates desire to make known. Forging plans and strategies to hunt it down and capture the essence. Both adopting and ignoring clues from other seekers about effective tracking means. Sometimes dismissing and other times relating dramatic & disappointing ends. Designing a personal net to locate the flickering spark, draw it near, and secure its wings so it won’t take flight.

Euphoria and delight one blissful night. One blissful night desire for another was alight. One night desire.
