Choice choice

Devotion does not compare and is symbolic of knowingness. Specialness always compares and is symbolic of separation and attachment. Both devotion and specialness begin within and extend into our projection. Devotion serves Spirit identity on the path to healing, as specialness is used by ego identity on the path to division. Devotion acclaims God’s Will as specialness acclaims self will.

Faith is a devotion with the known, without contemplating any thought of when or how. Desire for know how and know when suspends knowing in awareness. Devotion is present thru presence. Resting in knowing. But not holding. A devotion to the past or to the future would entail devotion to fear, which can only reveal nothing grasped, yet perception of fate most special, kept near.

The denial of that which is known is an invocation of doubt. Confusion and anxiety are present as witnesses, awaiting the solemnisation to commence. Accept this as an opportune moment to look within and comprehend which identity is administering this awareness ceremony. Then choose which you desire to serve.

The desire to find lasting peace and joy is necessary to begin a credible search. However you will not succeed in finding it on your own. The ego will claim all temporary strides as evidence that you are on the right path. It will then introduce a new idol for you to worship as a means of ensuring that you are bound. The binding substance is guilt. Bound with guilt by believing that sacrifice is required to continue down your chosen path.

Any attempt to question your progress will require detachment from the idol. Detaching from the idol instils tremendous fear as it is associated with a distant echo of your perceived attempt to separate from God. The insane idea that one ever could is where one needs guidance and support to suspend a cycle of endless idol searching and worship. Relapses are simply attempts at substituting a new idol to increase confusion and dissonance in awareness.

The guidance and support to find the pathway to lasting peace and joy requires finally accepting that one cannot succeed in this search alone. All searching performed alone results in perceived pain and disorientation. A mistake that seems monumental and consequential to oneself, producing a belief in weakness and more reliance on the ego.

Reason will tell you this can be attempted with nothing damaged, or serious consequence. Likely mistakes and invitations to choose again, or perhaps perceiving all is clear. All this is nothing, but a simple mistake, a slight delay in the learning place of time and space.

Being able to interpret a situation this way or that simply validates being of split mind awareness. You cannot learn to change this perceived awareness state but you can learn that if you truly want it changed it can be facilitated. And so it will, by desire and conviction. With guidance invited, a passage through all what if interpretations becomes clear.

Choice will either embody and embolden ego; or invoke and instil Spirit. Fearing Spirit is fearing to journey within, choosing to direct awareness outward. Setting sail away from light and love. But imagined.

The faint recognition that inner guidance is desired and readily available will prompt a reassessment of ego strategy. Surrender of self will is the starting point. There is no limit to guidance as there are no limiting paths to Truth. Ask for direction at any junction or intersection to navigate with clarity. Any path becomes the right path when the ego is no longer leading the way.
