Let’s out rage. There is nothing that enters awareness that I can expel or separate from without feeling pulled apart. This includes ideas about myself and others. Therefore the remedy is not to turn away, or pretend it doesn’t exist, but rather to embrace the content in the light of Self wholeness. Discontent is always a reminder that ‘I’ve left something unresolved’. Choosing to believe “this I cannot accept” incites discontent.

When peace and joy are all we seek, they are what we find, provided we do not draw a line that we believe can otherwise define. No need to look behind, the choice before you is as before. Inviting a reconnection with what was once cast aside. Joining and separating are ideas originating in mind, independent of imagined time and space configurations. Free will choice of how I govern awareness, determines beliefs and thoughts, which establish a basis for the choices I make. A continuum that replays within awareness.

Accepting unity recognises sides as healed components of wholeness rather than opponents. Embracing within, without needing to stand on any divisive split, as rejection but attempts to define it as being outside OneSelf. No side is outside awareness or beyond acceptance of unity, but by choice. Red and blue need not re emerge, once purple is made known through their release. Restored again within expansive peace.

Sides are often used to divide. Taking a side or standing on one is simply a choice of wanting to divide. Yet bridges easily arise with the conviction and desire of believing sides need not form a divide. Consequently, within awareness our natural state of wholeness no longer feels separated and apart.

When our world’s collided, guided to where fear subsided, rejoined beyond images that fade; joyful, still, and undivided. Released, fully reminded and guided back into our dwelling of infinite peace and joy: transforming rage with reunions healing gaze.
