Weak with Need

Creation knows no need.

Making depends on need to materialise, and to maintain.

“Need not” and “need not creation” are competing slogans in split mind awareness.

The split mind is confused and conflicted.

Retrace the origin of need in your awareness.

Arising with the idea that I am separate from God.

Making myself frail, vulnerable, and guilty.

Perceiving layers of weakness within.

Myself, my storyline. My past, present, and future.

Perception becomes projection.

My environment, my relationships, my daily life experience.

My awareness seems disjoint from creation.

Oneness, harmony, ease, acceptance recede into distant memory.

Yet remain in shadow awareness, ever present with creation.

Weak without need

To give up my needs, would be to surrender my self belief.

Without my personal protection, I would truly become vulnerable and helpless.

My belief in God is enough to get me through this lifetime.

Everywhere I look, I see need, validating its reality.

My choices substantiate my needs and my needs substantiate my choices.

Strength is derived from satisfying my needs.

Week with need

Invite awareness of personal needs to surface.

Without judgement or labels, just allow a mindful inventory to appear.

Embark on a review to allow an alternative path to accepting peace and joy to surface in awareness.

Week without need

Ask for guidance to experience a week free from need.

To understand how choices impact awareness of God’s gift of peace and joy.
